Formerly known as No Band Left, Society of Monuments is the songwriting project of composer Dexter Britain. Known for his cinematic and orchestral classical-crossover work, Dexter has spent more than a decade creating music that tells stories without words. With Society of Monuments, he turns back to where his journey began.

The project blends electronic and cinematic pop, balancing expansive production with an emphasis on melody and lyric. At its heart are themes of escape, belonging, and the search for something beyond the everyday.

While Dexter Britain remains dedicated to his work in composition, Society of Monuments offers a different perspective on the same creative drive. It draws on his experience as a composer while reconnecting with the immediacy of songwriting, giving older material new life and exploring new songs as they emerge.
